Intake by phone
During the intake by phone, we will check if there is a match between your CV, your wishes and our vacancies.
First interview with Recruiter
After your intake by phone, you will be invited as soon as possible for an interview at our office. The goal is to get to know you better and find out what you have in store!
Second interview with Manager and team
During your second interview you will meet the Manager and a team member. In addition, more substantive questions will be asked to find out if there is a match. Of course this is also an opportunity to get to know your potential new team from your side.
Final interview with Director
If everyone (including yourself of course) is enthusiastic, a final interview is scheduled. Here you speak to one of the responsible Directors. After this interview, the definitive choice will be made and you will know whether you have your new job!
